We emphasize whole-body training, including balance and symmetrical development. Hitters generally train as switch-hitters, pitchers emphasize decelerators and injury prevention as well as off-hand strength and conditioning, in addition to the more traditional mechanics.

Video and other technological aids are included at least twice a month, and homework is assigned. Databases are maintained regarding performance, and each session starts with a check-in regarding recent game-time experience.

Understanding of YOUR body, and YOUR personal history, is emphasized, as are analytical tools you can carry on to your teams and games. What you understand and feel internally you can use to perform, or change if necessary.
