Stride

With the eyes continuously on the target, the stride leg reaches directly on the line to the target, the hands lift and spread on the same line, the pivot leg pushes off the rubber resulting in the hips dropping then developing towar the target, pulling the pivot leg off the rubber and initiating the hip rotation.

The “nots”: 1. the torso does not rock; 2. the shoulders do not start the motion; 3. the weight never rises; 4. the head does not leave the centerline of the torso.
