Turn to the pivot-leg side, lifting the stride knee to around hip level, lower leg released, both eyes continuously on the target, hands at neutral on the centerline of the torso, keeping the body on the axis of the spine, directly over the hips. The feeling is that you can stop still at any point. Initiate the stride by dropping the hips slightly and developing the stride leg and glove hand toward the target, the meat hand out and up toward 2nd base, palm down, with every body part directly on the line toward the target, all focussed to the glove.
