Hip-pumps

Laying on your back, feet flat on the ground next to the butt, lift your hips, pump 5 reps.

Lift your left leg, pump hips 5 reps. Reapeat lifting right leg, same reps.

Right leg over left leg, right foot next to left knee, pump hips 5 reps. Repeat on opposite side, same count.

Right leg over left, right foot next to left knee, lift left heel off ground, pump hips 5 reps. Repeat, left over right, same count.

Feet together on ground near butt, knees spread, pump hips 5 reps.
